Questions
Do I need to already own a Lunapaca product to apply?
No — and we love First Look submissions that don't require owning the product yet. An aesthetic nursery setup, a nature scene, or a "why I'm choosing Lunapaca" video can all be created before you order. If approved, you'll receive a 20% discount code to use toward a new cover — with a Clean-Up Kit + SOAK sample included in that order.
Do I need a large following?
No follower count requirement. We care about the quality of your work and the intentionality of your ideas — not your audience size.
What brand language should I know?
We use specific terms that matter to our community: alpaca covers, inners, flats, and boosters. We use caregiver-inclusive language and never imply there's one right way to parent. Our world is soft babyhood, health, and intentionality — not hustle or perfection.
How many times can I do the Stack a Paca?
Up to 4 times. Each round you'll earn a free Stack-a-Paca. As long as the content keeps landing, we keep collaborating.
How do I submit my content?
Via Google Drive — share your folder (raw + edited) to the email address we'll provide on approval. Please don't DM us files; they get lost and we want to make sure nothing slips through.
Is there a deadline for submitting content?
We know life with a baby doesn't run on a schedule — but please aim to submit within 3 weeks of receiving your product. If you need more time, just let us know. What we ask is that you don't ghost us.
What hashtags should I use?
We'll confirm hashtags in your approval email — we're finalizing these soon. In the meantime, tagging @lunapaca in your posts so we can find and share your work is always appreciated.
What if my content doesn't meet the criteria?
We use a simple approved/not approved system. If something isn't quite right we'll tell you why, and you're always welcome to resubmit. It's not a judgment — just a standard we hold for everyone in the program.
What rights do you get to my content?
By submitting, you grant Lunapaca a non-exclusive license to use your content across our marketing channels — meaning we can repost, share, and promote it, but you're free to use it on your own channels too. You retain the copyright. A full content agreement is sent to approved creators before any product is shipped.
Can I apply if I'm expecting or a new parent?
Absolutely — some of our most resonant content comes from caregivers who are genuinely living this. Your experience is not a limitation; it's the whole point.
